This is just a friendly advice on fling. Play it safe and the more you fly the better your flying will get. You do not have to hit the 5 foot bottoms in the first flight. In time they will come. And another advice is do not spend too much time in normal flight if you can fly normal and do loops then you are ready to start flying inverted. Do some lazy eights and increase the part where you fly upside down and remember down is the friend that will get you out of trouble when flying inverted.

This was my #3 noblarf. I have been flying for 40+ years. I won second in intermediate aerobatics in a recent KOI. There is something about the control system of the NoblARF that isn't right.

Garf here is a simple solution to your problem. Since you do not have to adjust those controls over and over instead of using the nut to lock in the control horn use some 5 min epoxy and glue it in place after you make the adjustment.

On my NoblARF #1, the solder on the flap and elevator horns failed. I think that happened on #3 also or the leadouts slipped.

Is that the joint thet connects the horn tab to hte steel wire? Or is it the solder joit you put on the control horns etc?

That is where the horn tab is wrapped and soldered to the cross wire. The flap horn and elevator horn are the same.

I have had 3 profile fuselages made by Sparky from Stunt Hangar. Now to salvage as many Nobler wings as I can. I need to replace all control horns. Those Chinese horns are terrible. I will most likely replace the leadouts.
