Os 10
I have picked up an engine identified only as an OS 10. It is a schnurle ported engine, most likely steel P&C. It looks more like an SF than an FP type. It is also plain bearing. It needs a P&C assy, so I need to positively ID it before buying parts. Anyone recognize it?

Here it is an OS 10FP. Looks different!
In my opinion, your engine it's an OS 10FSR...can't tell you exactly wich version!!!

I wanted to try to run this thing to see if I could use it, so I took it apart and torched the piston cherry red and let it cool. The rod wasn't too bad so I put it together and did the conversion to venturi/NVA. I used a venturi from the OS 10S and NVA from the ST 35C. It should have good fuel draw.

The piston volume has increased? Or it's just a legend?....just curious!

I didn't measure it before and after, but the compression is certainly up.
